abc_123_a

这个声音文件包含七种来自 FL Studio 11 合成器的语音，告诉听众不要在网上发布游戏的秘密。选择这个奇怪的文件名是为了将它强制放在按字母顺序排列的文件列表的顶部，并且考虑到在可执行文件中存在的所有其他 .ogg 格式的音乐和音效文件都以 mus_u 或 snd_u 作为前缀，使它的存在更加明显。

在 Undertale v1.001版中，這個音檔被換成了笑聲，可能是因為已有很多來源曝光了 Undertale 的祕密。

mus_smile

此音軌只於 room_gaster 播放，這個房間包含了與 W. D. Gaster 的實驗有關的第17號日誌，只能藉著除錯模式或是修改存檔的方式到達這個房間。雖然除了失真的音效外似乎聽不出其他東西，但加速1000%倍後，它的音調會像 Muffet 兩倍的笑聲倒帶、重複播放並加重一倍的聲音。

grandpasemi

最初能在 Undertale 展示版以 "grandpasemi.ogg" 找到這個音軌，此曲也讓人聯想起"金屬粉碎者"的開頭。 在 Undertale v1.001 版本中，此音軌以音效的形式、被重命名為 "grandpatemi"，在拒絕給 Temmie 餵食 Temmie 脆片並被拒絕時播放。

Grandpa Semi 是個被刪除的角色，原本被計劃作為 Papyrus 和 Sans 的爺爺，取名來源為一種叫"Semi Serif"的字體。在 Undertale 展示版的韓文版本中，原本主角在雪町森林接到來自 Grandpa Semi 打的電話，後續被 Alphys 的電話取代。

mus_dance_of_dog

此曲於有煩人的狗跳舞的錯誤房間播放。可以藉由修改存檔到達錯誤房間。曲速有各種差異。

mus_sigh_of_dog

此曲於有煩人的狗睡覺的錯誤房間播放。可藉由修改存檔到達錯誤房間。

mus_star

此曲使用了超級任天堂遊戲星際火狐所使用的素材進行製作。原本用於 Madjick 的戰鬥攻擊中，但後續因檔案處理麻煩而遭到棄用[1]。

mus_f_part3

"你最棒的惡夢"第三部份未採用的音軌，包含鬧鐘音效。這部分曲目實際上並未播放，因此被廢棄以利於重新使用"mus_f_part1", "mus_f_part2", "mus_repeat_1"和"mus_repeat_2"組合。這可能是為了讓戰鬥過程變短而被計畫用於 Flowey 戰鬥中、第四部分，但最後唯一有實行的曲子。有趣的是在原聲帶的版本中，"你最可怕的惡夢"會在曲子結尾重播第一部份。

mus_f_finale_1

"尾聲"未採用的第一部份。此音軌被 mus_f_finale_1_l 取代，從來沒在遊戲中播放過。此音軌為尾聲第一部份較簡短的版本，原本很可能打算在和 Omega Flowey 的第二階段戰鬥死亡、重啟遊戲時使用。mus_f_finale_1_l 可能只是 mus_f_finale_1 的更長版本。

mus_piano

為 Undertale 原聲帶的"晚安"，只在 Undertale 展示版的結尾播放，並沒有出現在的正式版遊戲中。

mus_ruinspiano

此曲為"廢墟"旋律變奏、曲速較慢的版本，但是这个和一個結局的旋律几乎一模一样。

不在遊戲檔案中的音樂

Alphys 實驗室 (未使用)

Alphys 的實驗室的早期版本，聽起來與其他遊戲的實驗室曲太像而沒有完成。在遊戲最終版本中被"Alphys"所取代，后来成为"Here We Are"的创作基础。[2]

Undyne 戰鬥 (未使用)

這段音軌為尚未勾勒出 Undyne 性格時創作的 Undyne 戰鬥主題曲。因沒有"英勇的一拳往臉上揍去"的感覺，後來被"正義之矛"取代[3]。

狗洞 (未使用)

狗洞[4]。

Dogtroid (未使用)

聽說遊戲通關速度快到某個程度的話，會看到穿著比基尼的煩人的狗、音軌也會在此時播放，此源於遊戲銀河戰士系列[5]。

Undertale (未使用)

這首未被採用的"Undertale" 疊代演奏版音軌，曲調更憂鬱且力道也較少。動畫超時空甩尾[6]的"Redline Day"啟發，並讓改變了吉他的和弦及伴奏，後來變成回憶的製作基礎[7]。

Patient

Patient 為使用了 Homestuck 的"Doctor"的動機而為未完成的曲子[8]。此首之後被用於製作 Undertale 的"另一種媒介"。

It wasn’t until I heard a certain song that I was inspired to completely change the chords and guitar accompaniment.
